At Arcana Building Company Inc., we have established a solid reputation for the quality and efficiency of our work. Our 15-man crew is made up of highly skilled and motivated tradesmen which are both employees and subcontractors that we have been working with on a regular basis over the last few years. Because we have been consistently working together, we are able to productively accomplish a mass amount of work. We pride ourselves on being able to complete our jobs on time if not ahead of schedule.

As President and Owner, Arlo Vaugeois brings 20 years of experience to Arcana Building Company, having started his career in 2003, where he worked mainly in residential concrete construction in Calgary, AB.

Arlo made the move home to the Okanagan Valley, BC in 2006, to work as a sole proprietor in both British Columbia and Alberta, making the move to sub-contractor on Residential and Commercial projects. With an outstanding reputation for quality work and timely, efficient project completion, Arlo had grown from a one-man sub-contractor to running a five-man crew under him by 2015. This was the beginning of “Arcana Building Company”.

Since its 2015 incorporation, Arlo has grown Okanagan-based Arcana into a company that today now runs multiple projects and work crews throughout BC. Projects include Agricultural, Commercial and Residential buildings, and have expanded services to concrete construction, wood framing and more.

We are rapidly growing in size and knowledge every year we are in business and we are eager to face challenges in this ever-changing industry.
